Laboratory Dissections

The goal of this work was to observe the circulatory and respiratory systems through two separate dye injections.

During the dissection, we also:

• emptied the stomach to analyze its contents,

• examined the egg capsules, allowing us to study the animal’s reproductive cycle.

This hands-on experience provided a deeper understanding of the anatomy of cartilaginous fish, while enhancing my skills in laboratory handling and scientific observation.
